These terms govern your use of the Station Road Barbers website and online booking service. By using the site or booking an appointment you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed once it appears in our system and you receive confirmation.
- Please arrive on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
- Prices shown online are guide prices and may vary based on hair length, style and additional services.
3. Cancellations and no-shows
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in us asking for a deposit to secure future bookings, or declining future bookings.
4. Payment
Payment is taken in shop after your service, by card or cash.
5. Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website — for example, by trying to gain unauthorised access, submitting false information, or interfering with how it works.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under English law. Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
8. Consumer rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected by these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed.
